Weekend Workshops

We run a few weekend workshops a year which are open to all our students as well as people who may be doing other styles of meditation, Yoga, Taiji etc.

The Master Game - Sunday Mornings

We hold Sunday morning sessions about 10 times a year and these are a great way to gain some meditative depth in a short space of time. We strongly encourage our students to do these when they can and welcome people from other meditative and yogic backgrounds.
