Tez and Ewan offer 1-2-1 teaching and spiritual mentoring sessions at Gathering Essence and online. These sessions are a great opportunity to clarify aspects of your practice and give you time to go into details that are most relevant to you, providing a tailored approach.
In these sessions we can look at aspects of Daoyin Qigong and Taiji Qigong form work or meditative technique that you have questions about plus there is an opportunity to look at areas of your life that feel stuck or challenging to see how you can apply the principles of the Gathering Essence work to these dynamics.
These sessions provide a safe space for resolving personal issues and promoting spiritual growth, using the work to support your own unique set of conditions and circumstances.
The main goal is to help people connect with their own inner truth and wisdom, to be able to see more clearly, and navigate life’s circumstances from an empowered and open perspective.
